The sewing lines operate on the principle of Section Work, whereby each seamstress performs just one aspect of
the garments production requirements, thus any mistakes can easily be spotted by the line control. This results
in very accurate work over a large production, thereby maintaining the high standards set by the sample room.
Production time does not stop where a machine develops a fault. That machine is immediately replaced with one of
the many spare machines that are on a permanent standby.
There is a number of mechanics on site that systematically check and maintain all our machines. Thus no production
time is ever lost because of any faulty or inefficient machine.
